\n\n
once there was a girl who wanted to go somewhere
\nshe had never been before
\nso she lied to her mom
\nabout going to the store
\nto buy a present for her
\nso the plan worked
\nand she saw a path that was never there before
\nshe took it farther
\nand farther,
\nthen she heard something
\n“BOO!”
\nAHH—the girl screamed
\nit was her friend Rose.
\nWhat in the world are you doing here?! She said
\nI was just…about to lie
\nto me
\nto my mom
\nI had to,
\nbecause I wanted to go somewhere new!
\nsomewhere like where unicorns live
\nI just want to get away from that same old place
\nCora, if you want to get to be free then that doesn’t include lying
\nyou’re right. But-
\nno buts!!! Rose said.
\nfrom that day on, Cora always told the truth
\nTHE END
